Payment Terms


FunGuide Payment Terms.

The terms enunciated hereinbelow relate to the payments made by the independent travelers and/or received by the itinerary planners (independent travelers and itinerary planners shall collectively be called parties hereinafter) through the website thus strictly limiting the scope of the payments, within the confines of these payment terms, made or received while using the website.

Payments How made?

After the traveler accepts the plan proposed by the planner, the website shall oblige the traveler with the payment. After that, the planner shall invoice the website and withdraw his fees which the planner is eligible for against the services he rendered. All the Payments shall be made using an online, legally valid payment method and through the website, no transactions are allowed beyond the platform of the website. Transactions shall be conducted through online payment service providers. These online payment service providers could be either bank, financial institutions, or money exchangers, especially providing services on this behalf and/or any legally valid online payment method.

Payment of taxes.

It is the necessary responsibility of the relevant party to pay all and/or any kind of taxes, including but not limited to GST, VAT, or income tax, which shall be applicable to them, while making and/or receiving payments on the website, according to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction of their residence. Parties represent and warrant that they shall comply, at all times, with their obligations under relevant tax provisions in their jurisdiction. The price quoted in the invoice or payment made is inclusive of all such taxes and charges that may apply to the Parties.

The website shall be authorized to receive payments on behalf of the Planner.

The itinerary planner agrees and understands that payment made against its itinerary plan to the website by the independent traveler shall be considered to be made directly to the planner, and the planner can only withdraw the payment once the invoice has been made to the platform by the planner. If the website for any reason does not remit the payment to the planner on invoicing, the planner shall not have any remedy available to him against the traveler and can have the claim whatsoever he has against the platform only.

Withdrawal How Made?

For a planner to withdraw his fees, he should maintain an active online payment service provider account with the website. All payment services, including withdrawal services, will be provided by FunGuide’s Payment Services Provider. Revenues can only be withdrawn after a safety clearance period of 14 days once the order is marked completed.

Refund.

No refund can be made and/or claimed in any case by the traveler once the payment has been made. As the payment is only become due once the traveler accepts the itinerary file written especially for the traveler solely on his demands by the itinerary planner, hence there remains not any single reason for a refund request from the traveler and the same cannot be proceeded if there is any.

Commission of the Website/Compulsory Website Fees.

It is necessary and part of the parcel of the transaction between the traveler and the planner to pay the fees and/or commission of the website. The commission of the platform is based on an addition of____ X% on the price of the planner. For example: if the cost of a planner is $30 per planning day, then the platform adds ______X% which is actually the commission. It is important to emphasize here that FunGuide does not take a commission from the planner's salary but adds our commission to the salary. What the traveler sees is the final price, which includes everything

Prohibitions.

For the purposes of protection against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and illegal use, all payments through the website shall be monitored by the website’s online payment services provider. Any income earned through the website shall not be allowed to be used in a manner prohibited by law or ethically, including but not limited to the financing of terrorism and/or for purposes of money laundering.

Relevant Currency.

Payments on the website can be made in several different currencies; however, in the case, the desired currency cannot be supported by the website, then payment shall be made and received in the US$

General Terms

·Modifications.

The website is authorized to change and/or make necessary amendments to its payment terms as and when it considers it necessary. After the change in these terms and/or suitable amendments, the same shall be made available to the users on the website and may also be intimated through registered emails of the registered users. You agree and understand that your acceptance of these updated payment terms is obvious when you use the website.

·Disclaimer of Warranties.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES AVAILED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES AVAILED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER FUNGUIDE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEBSITE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE.
